BROCHURE
A project may be completed. A contract may be closed. But can a dispute ever be so easily concluded?
A ₹425-crore EPC project. Additional works. A No Dues Certificate. Final settlement. And yet, a claim that refuses to die.
When contractual entitlement, public procurement obligations, audit objections and arbitral scrutiny collide, the answer lies not merely in what was done—but in what the contract, the record and the law ultimately sustain.
And this November, that dispute is yours to argue.
📢 THE MOST AWAITED ADVOCACY ANNOUNCEMENT IS HERE.
The Centre for Legal Simulations and Research (CLSR), Vidhi Vaarta, SRTD Group, is pleased to unveil its flagship advocacy event—
⚖️ 2nd VIDHI VAARTA CONSTRUCTION ARBITRATION LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2026
Organised by CLSR, Vidhi Vaarta, SRTD Group, in association with Saxena and Kumar Law Chambers LLP, Delhi NCR, with Doon Journal of Multidisciplinary Research as Publication Partner, Spincto as IT & Outreach Partner and Knowledge Steez as Media Partner, the Competition is scheduled to be held from:
📅 6th–8th November, 2026
💻 Virtual Mode
Situated at the intersection of Construction Law, Arbitration, RERA and commercial dispute resolution, the Competition places participants within a complex infrastructure dispute involving EPC contractual obligations, additional works, contractual variation, No Dues/Final Settlement, corporate authority, public procurement and financial regulations, audit observations, quasi-contractual claims and arbitral adjudication.
But this Competition is not merely about knowing the law.
It is about construing the contract.
Dissecting the record.
Identifying the real controversy.
Applying the law to difficult facts.
Answering the Bench when the law is not convenient.
And, ultimately, persuading the Tribunal.
The Competition shall comprise Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and the Final Round, testing participants across memorial drafting, legal research, application of law, factual analysis, judicial precedents, oral advocacy, rebuttal and courtroom persuasion.

Read the proposition. Assemble your team. Build your case.
Because in construction arbitration, the dispute is rarely confined to what was built—
it is about what the contract permits, what the record establishes, and what the law ultimately sustains.
The proposition is before you.
The forum is set.
The Bench awaits.
